System Administrator will be expected to maintain and manage the digital ERP System

Description
- System Administrator will be expected to maintain and manage the digital ERP System.
- Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. Candidate should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. Candidate should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.
- Manage the Digital ERP system and its module
- Set up accounts and manage rights and privilege
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Communicate with vendor to troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls
- Oversee system upgrades with new releases and models
- Manage internal technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
Profile- Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or similar role (3+ years of experience)
- Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management
- Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
- BSc/Ba in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline; professional certification
