HR Generalist Required, Saudi National. My client is one of the world's leading construction companies, due to growth and Nationalisation a HR position has arisen in their office in Jeddah. We are looking for someone with experience of employee relations, training & development and talent acquisition/ recruitment.
HR Generalist Responsibilities to include:
Supporting line managers with recruitment; liaise with external recruitment partners and provide support throughout interview and on-boarding process
Work closely with line managers on employee performance, absence, grievance and disciplinary management
Support to line managers and employees with compensation and benefits; including salary bench marking and monthly payroll
Design and implement training strategies and support line managers with performance reviews
Develop and update HR policies and documents including Employment Contracts and Employee Handbook
Develop employee retention and engagement initiatives, in line with company culture and values
On boarding new starters and conducting payroll
