Quality Control Jobs in Saudi Arabia in Saudi Arabia
- Perform all required lab tests (TDS, TA…etc.)
- Perform all required Packaging Integrity tests.
- Report quality related issue to the Lab supervisor or Microbiologist.
- Keep equipment and all facilities in a high cleaning condition. Minimum according to instructions.
- Follow up NCR.
- Maintain and further develop a good working environment
- Ensure that all safety rules are followed.
- Keep the rule mentioned in general manufacturing instruction.
- Arrange and participate in a taste
- Maintain a good co-operation to subordinates and supervisors.
- Handling and Investigate of customer complaints and share preliminary finding based on package integrity tests, Plant Master reports, and machine report
- Perform internal calibration and manage external calibration record of the equipment.
- Participate during an external audit in the lab and update the files.
- Use Plant Master System for process control deep dive analysis.
- Give co-training to a new employee in the lab.
Use Minitab software as a professional SPC tool to analyze the lab results.
