Responsible to sell parts to all customers through the Cash Counter, or Workshop Counter and assist either Walk-in Customers, or Service Technicians in purchasing Parts & Accessories.
Upholds the highest standards and professionalism when dealing with customers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
• Greet customers
• Provide parts consultation
• Identify part source (inventory or order)
• Maintains an orderly and organized workplace and Create attractive displays.
• Works closely with the Service Technicians and Walk-in Customers, to ensure of proper Parts Inventory Level and maximum Turn-over
• Locating available parts when the Dealership is out of stock
• Make purchasing decisions
• Follow and explain dealer and factory return policies (packaging, core return, monthly
return, warranties.
• Maintains proper grooming with presentable uniform at all times.
• Performs other related functions as required by the Branch Supervisor, or Parts Manager.
