The Role:
To provide management oversight for all phases of Training projects, including coordinating employees, subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding with quality, on schedule, and within budget.
The Training Project Manager is professionally and managerially accountable to the Projects Director. The Training Project Manager will focus on improvement of Training projects supervision, assessment and experience, engagement of trainers and ensuring effective learning outcomes. The role is evolving and will mainly focus on whole resources mobilization and logistics of quality of training delivery.
