- Receiving of materials and its verification against SESCO purchase orders.
- Ensure the maintenance of Bin Location Numbering for all existing and incoming materials.
- Processing of the shipset by pulling the material from the bins and staging for collection.
- Organising the delivery of customer orders as per priority set in the shipset.
- Inspection and verification of the customer return materials. Verification and confirmation of Material Transfer Request (MTR).
- Organising the stock transfer of materials within SESCO branches.
- Maintenance and security of warehouse facility and equipment.
- Provide and maintain an acceptable level of Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) for personnel.
- Managing the warehouse inventory procedures and providing support for annual physical inventory.
- Evaluate the performance of the reporting personnel.
- Demonstrate total business quality support through Six Sigma program.
- Conforming to all requirements of ISO 9001:2008/ EHS which is applicable to the company.
- Complying with management information reporting requirements.
