To assist the Accounting & Finance Department on the management of finance and accounting processes for the company. To prepare and process day to day financial transactions and maintain proper records and documentation. To liaise and to be the point of contact with the Banks, Auditors and Other Governmental Bodies. To assist Financial Controller on all financial tasks to ensure smooth running of accounting and finance tasks.
Job Description:
• Prepare, Reconcile & Record Payments
• Liaise with banks, auditors and GAZT
• Liaise with Bank for raising Bid & Performance Guarantees
• Quarterly VAT returns
• Receivables Collections & Following up on letter of credits.
• Document Financial Transactions
• Monthly management account preparation
• Production of profit and loss
• To complete and maintain sales invoices and reports
• To maintain Balance Sheet Schedules to include Fixed Assets, Accruals, Prepayments & Provisions.
• Preparation of the Accounts Pack for review
• Bank reconciliation, posting and balancing
• Monthly Salaries, petty cash and other journal posting
• Daily bank transaction postings
• Year end audit analysis and Zakat calculations
• Reports on debtors and creditors
• To perform additional assignments and responsibilities as assumed or requested by the Executive Management and/or Finance Director
This position offers a monthly salary package of between SAR 6,500 to SAR 8,000 + Benefits depending on qualifications and experience.
