Objective: To assist the Marketing team of UMC specific to:
a. Execution of the UMC Marketing Calendar for PR development, Events and marketing management of FCA Brands, CPOV , PR and Influencer Marketing.
b. Ensuring monthly Press Releases with relevant articles related to UMC.
c. Liaison with Advertising agencies, Marketing Suppliers, Regions and FCA Marketing/PR Teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of marketing initiatives .
Following are key responsibilities of an Assistant Marketing Manager:
Ensuring all key Marketing initiatives are executed in a professional, Quality and timely manner in order to help achieve the set targets for UMC.
Effectively launching and implementation of all Tactical ATL campaigns based on the UMC Marketing Calendar and timely reporting to departmental management
Plan and manage the event management and execution for
o New Product Launches
o Fleet Events
o UMC Regional Events
o Test Drive Events
o Any other Marketing Events
o Ensuring PR coverage of events
Effectively launching all UMC based BTL campaigns based on the UMC Marketing Calendar and timely reporting to UMC Management
Executing the YOY Marketing Calendar for UMC with monthly initiatives with PR and Event budgets by preparing quarterly plans.
Liaison with our agencies for Media, Advertising, BTL and PR operations for all Marketing related operations for FCA brands
Liaison with Regional Marketing Executives for timely execution of all events and campaigns
Responsible for managing and developing marketing materials, POS, Specification stands, super graphics, dealership branding
Tracking marketing budgets/payment coordination with departments.
Claim management with FCA Dubai/agencies
Generate lead/traffic reports for monitoring campaign success and ROI.
