- Recognized participation in and impact on formulation of Occupational Commercial Excellence strategy and direction.
- Participates in the formulation and implementation of Commercial Excellence strategy to ensure the alignment with Hikma's strategy
- Compliance with procedural and legislative requirements.
- Participates in the development and implementation of Commercial Excellence policies, processes and procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled
- Financial variance versus budget
- Contributes to the preparation of the Commercial Excellence Environment budget to ensure alignment with the approved set budget
- Individual targets and training development requirements are achieved
- Manages the effective achievement of objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff to maximize subordinate performance.
- High performance standards are achieved.
- Smooth flow of day-to-day operations.
- Manages the day-to-day operations of Commercial Excellence function by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.
- Supervises the activities and work of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in compliance with the set policies, processes and procedures
- SFE KPIs achievement vs. set standards
- Monthly Dashboard (360 degree dashboard that includes all aspects & factors influencing team performance).
- Field force sizing & design.
- Targeting & segmentation tools and activities.
- Field force KPI definition, tracking and reporting.
- Incentive system and reward & recognition SOPs for commercial teams.
- Commercial capability models and development (in close coordination and partnership with HR, training and learning & development).
- Regular situational analysis aimed at optimization and assessment.
