• Perform periodic visual inspections physically and report activities as directed by Project Manager.
• 
  
• Prepare reports of defects and deficiencies observed during inspections.
• 
  
• Provide support in office administrative works by responding inquiries and other related office tasks such as printing, filing and other functions related to the office management and as required by the Department.
• 
  
• Preparing reports for all input data on computer throughout data collection, and set priorities for Input data.
• 
  
• Update immediate supervisor, Project Managers or Department Director on any issues that requires a necessary actions.
• 
  
• Examine and verify the best use of the contractor's manpower.
• 
  
• Check and verify the implementation of the requirements and specifications for execution of projects, which are supervised by the Projects Department.
• 
  
• Prepare daily reports on the projects being under execution.
•
