You will is responsible for managing all aspects developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization as well as online marketing and social media strategy in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
As a Marketing Manager you will develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
You will also be in charge of Public Relations which include responsible for building and maintaining a positive image for HALJ. Also, will be in charge of establishing and maintaining relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups, and responding to requests for information.
• Working with the executive team, led by the CEO, to set the marketing strategy for the business.
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
• Overseeing marketing campaigns.
• Create the identity of new brands and products reflected by the company.
• Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans for each product or service
• Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives.
• Tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party marketing agencies.
• Writing and delivering content and social media plans.
• Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
• Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
• Overseeing the company’s attendance at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and festivals.
• Ability to travel as necessary
• Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a systematic basis
• Establish a relationship with reliable media and news
• Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an on-going basis.
• Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness
• Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
• Organizing an event for Marketing and PR purposes.
• To perform other duties as required by the direct supervisor and/or company management that do not conflict with our company policies, procedures, and Applicable laws
