•  Identify resources needed, surveys the local market and recommend engineering consultants companies as related to specific projects.
• 
  
• Assess & invite recommended engineering consultants companies to participate & submit tenders as per project specifications, undertake architectural designs & bill of quantities.
• 
  
• Prepare time tables & budgeting for new projects - Manages the project budget. Tracks and reports operational aspects of a project and expenses on a monthly basis.
• 
  
• Ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
• 
  
• Review & approve deliverables prepared by the Consultant Company & effectively monitor and enforce standards.
• 
  
• Ensures that Quality Assurance procedures are followed to minimize exposure and risk on project.
• 
  
•  Ensures project is legal documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. 
• 
  
• Ensure identification and ordering of all medical and non medical equipment for the project.
• 
  
• Ensure completion of paper work & billing when appropriated to the MOF income and loss.
•
