Client: Renewable company
The Financial Manager will be involved in the implementation of the financial function of the company and renewable project.
• Identify and lead administrative procedures to be set up
• Management of bank accounts including delegation of powers and authorities
• Set up every contractual relationship with third parties needed for the proper functioning of the Finance Direction (auditors, accountant, tax authorities, Government ministries and others)
The Financial Manager will be responsible of the day to day financial management of renewable Project and company which includes:
• Cash management
• Business control analysis
• Management of invoicing and payment process (Verification, Approval and payment)
• Implementing financial policies and procedures and ERP system
• Financial support towards technical team for the success of project
• Middle Office tasks
In relation with Middle Office tasks, the Financial Manager will be the guardian of the respect and satisfaction of the financing’s requirements:
• Reports preparation according to the financial documentation
• Management of drawdown process
• Update of financial model
• Other requirement from lenders that need to be addressed
The Financial manager will be also responsible of the preparation and the follow up of Financial Statements of both renewable Project and company:
• Monthly Accounting closing
• Budget preparation
• Variance analysis
• Annual Statutory Audit and filing of financial statements
• Tax compliance (VAT, Zakat etc)
The sponsor of the renewable Project and JV company ask the Financial Manager to ensure a sound financial management of company:
• Preparation of monthly management accounts for the sponsor
• Analysis on any subject if required by the sponsor
To make these missions successful, the financial manager will be assisted by a junior and will benefit from sponsor’s experience and acknowledgement necessary.
