1. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1.1 Operations
a) Provide legal support to Business Development and Tendering teams in Saudi Arabia for both Land and
Marine activities (Pre-qualification, Tender review . contract drafting and negotiation),
b) Provide contract support to Project Managers (Contract Review, commercial claim drafting and support and negotiations with subcontractors),
c) Provide advice about debt collection, pre-litigation disputes and litigation,
d) Provide support in relation to corporate housekeeping,
e) Assist with any compliance related matters (including export control),
f) Liaise with external law firm as required,
g) Implementation of the Group Legal Procedures,
h) Assist on Insurance matter in Saudi Arabia.
2. Principal Working Relationships
a) Report functionally to Regional Head of Legal Middle East / India /Caspian based in Abu Dhabi.
b) Report operationally to Country Director KSA.
c) Work with all Departments Managers for efficient resolution of legal and contractual issues.
d) Work with Project execution teams for contract and claim support.
