• Meet or exceed goals for unit sales and market share for a new light, medium, heavy duty trucks, and buses.
• Reaching the targets and goals set monthly and annually
• Conquest and grow new accounts
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction among all assigned accounts
• Visit minimum 5 Customers daily
• Ability to adapt sales style from situation to situation
• Maintain current data for customer profiles in KERRIDGE
• Develop and maintain full working knowledge of all company systems, procedures, and policies
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all products and services sold by the company
• Facilitate resolution of customer satisfaction issues including coordination and follow up with other departments and branches
• Facilitate timely deliveries of customer units
• Establishing, maintaining and Expanding MFTBC Customer base
• Servicing the needs of MFTBC existing Customers.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
