1)Planning and scheduling of site works to meet responsibility of daily production targets of Crusher and Asphalt Plant.
2) To efficiently utilization of the plant manpower and resources.
3) Responsible for supervision of maintenance of crusher and asphalt plant.
4) Rotating shift work and possible weekend shifts, if required.
5) Coordinate with Laboratory to ensure the quality assurance test as per specification.
6) Administering the emergency requirement during breakdowns.
7) To maintain close coordination with all stakeholders.
8) To organize staff requirements and machinery.
9) Report supervisor / manager with daily and monthly statements.
10) predicting and acting to improve the performance of the plant site in coordination with upper management.
11) To adhere to established health and safety guidelines to ensure safety of self and other.
12) To perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
