· Responsible of performances GWP, budget definition and communication, agents activation and re-activations
· Ideal candidate has skills to come up with various marketing strategies and in finding, testing and selecting the technology that powers it (example: new media platforms such as Social Media, Blogs, web analytics etc)
· He is a champion in employing Google Analysis, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc. to market and grow the Partner platform across channels.
· Using data-driven and evidence based approach, he/she (as a Growth Hacker) can help in many conversion points (example: acquiring new Partner, turning new Partners into repeat Partners etc).
· He can run experiments (example: A/B tests) to capture data and insights that drive growth and user engagement.
· He is super-skilled in measuring and in enhancing business outcome of the user engagement.
