● Mentoring and training new ICT support staff.
● Keeping up to date with the latest technologies.
● Reliable attendance is a must.
● Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
● Achieve monthly targets
● Attract new customers
● Supervise quotations and follow-up payments
● Supervise all projects and ensure their timely delivery
● Follow-up profit and income and expenses
● Follow-up collection of the amounts of contracts that did not get
● The nomination of professional elements to join the working group
● Maintain the quality of work and customer satisfaction
● Submit periodic reports to senior management and adhere to business models
