• Configure and set up operating system for computers.
• Perform installation and preventive maintenance of hardware and software applications.
• Troubleshoots all kinds of computer hardware and repairing the damaged parts.
• Document hardware and software procedures.
• Install, configure and provide first tier maintenance of Heavy-duty scanning equipment.
• Install networks and provide first tier maintenance of printers.
• Install cabling for LAN.
• Manage Network and System.
• Communicate status of projects on regular basis to the management and other members of management as needed.
• Participate in ERP Implementation according to his/her specialist level.
• Participate in some tasks related to the company website.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned by the higher manager to effect efficient service.
