1. Deliver training to the trainees on specified standards and evaluate trainee’s progress.
2. Develop the training material as per module profile and specified assessment criteria.
3. Analyze the training needs and alignment the learning outcomes with module profile.
4. Examine the training facilities and course requirements to improve the training facilities.
5. Supervising group of trainees undertaking project work, practical work or theoretical lectures.
6. Assessing competence using criteria agreed with training staff including work-based assessments.
7. Providing learning support to trainees as appropriate and ensuring that learning records are kept up to date and provided as required.
8. Undertaking recording of trainees attendance in accordance with the Polytechnic procedures
9. Participating in training material preparation work as directed by supervisors
Performing real-time trouble shooting to train the trainees
