4. Update / Arrange employee’s vacations of DXB and KSA
5. Maintain and renew or examine the records of government agencies (MOL, Muqeem & GOSI) of DXB and KSA
6. Update deduction table of Employees DXB and KSA
7. Update or maintain Payroll comments
8. Rules and Regulations for all Employees
9. Recruitment and Training to employees
10. Filing, updating (expiration date), follow up, Renaming and Calendar reminders for documents (DXB & KSA)
11. Update Flow chart and Policy of company (DXB & KSA)
12. Answering queries of employees
13. Company’s Organizational Chart update
14. Report monthly attendance to payroll via Attendance Machines / Teams
15. Add or remove Drivers / Employees in ICMAS of DXB & KSA
16. Issuing Contracts in Arabic and English for DXB & KSA
17. Weekly report to management describing tasks achieved using teams & planner
18. Upload monthly WPS in MOL website
19. Co-ordination with pursuer to complete government related issues.
