1.      JOB PURPOSE


 


Manage Flagship Store Operations to achieve sales targets and ensure customer service is meeting Magrabi service level standards by controlling sales, service and administration so that the defined revenue targets and customer satisfaction targets are achieved and contributing to the achievement of business goals and brand loyalty.


 


 


2.      MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/TECHNICAL SKILLS


 


Qualifications and Education:


·         Diploma in Optical, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent, BSc is a plus


 


Experience:


·         4-6 Years of experience in retail, Optical expertise is a plus


·         2-3 Retail Store leadership role


 


Training:


·         Coaching


 


Technical skills:


·   Selling Skills


·   Computer proficiency


·   Bilingual communication is a plus


 


 


3.      JOB RESPONSABILITIES


 


·   Ensure meeting the set business Plan targets for the store through monitoring store sales performance versus the target revenues and identifying areas of unsatisfactory performance to rectify.


·   Carry out effective day- to- day organizing, coaching and reviewing of the store team’s activities and objectives to ensure adherence to defined operational requirements and quality standards.


·   Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned store by providing expertise, encouraging and ensuring teamwork, to meet established sales targets and objectives, and ensure employee engagement in a motivated work environment.


·   Report all maintenance requests needed for the store and ensure they are properly handled by responsible departments on time to maintain store appearance.


·   Lead and advice on the development and maintenance of displays (visual merchandising) to ensure the establishment of a store environment that becomes a brand experience.


·   Role model high standards of customer service levels and interact directly with customers in order to sustain key relationships and build new networks for the organization.


·   Ensure effective resolutions of all cascaded customer issues and any other complaints to achieve optimum customer and stakeholder satisfaction.


·   Carry out the consolidation of system data and cash closing at the end of all shifts and ensure timely updating of system in accord with defined procedures.


·   Handle all insurance relevant reporting and documentation and submit it accurately and on time to relevant departments to ensure proper claiming and collection of insurance money.


·   Responsible for maintaining all stock level and in store products ordering and allocation in alignment with store needs and buying standards.


·   Evaluate and report on vendor performance and provide feedback to senior management in order to facilitate the vendor selection process.


·   Follow up on pending orders and liaise with suppliers to solve any critical issues pertaining to same while updating customers of the status and providing timely solutions to maintain effective relationships.


·   Monitor stock and usage levels of products to ensure that items are available and control product loss and sustain stock accuracy to meet inventory control standards.


·   Handle all pending and inbound invoices according to company policies and procedures to ensure on time clearance for all invoices and payments.
