• Manage and support Windows infrastructure Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange.
• Should be able to resolve issues related to Group Policies, DNS and Exchange
• Well versed with patch management process and hands on knowledge on SCCM for patch management, OS upgrade, Software deployment, compliance check etc.
• Monitor all Windows servers for performance issues and stability concerns.
• Produce appropriate documentation for deployment, configuration, and related processes.
• Should follow security standards, policies and have better understanding of security standards
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work in a team
• Reasonable understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Excellent fundamental problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience managing software, hardware, users and resources connected to a network.
• Manage VMware vsphere environment
