• Work closely with the HR department in all recruitment functions to meet the manpower needs of the company.


• Prepare and post vacancies on the website.


• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to the relevant criteria, using the existing database, networking as well as employee referrals.


• Support the recruitment function by screening, interviewing and selecting candidates, while simultaneously ensuring proper documentation.


• Coordinate interviews with the relevant managers and conduct regular follow up with them.


• Advise job seekers about the success or failure of their application.


• Carry out other HR-related responsibilities as requested by the management.
