Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the duties among protection centre members
• Receive reports from domestic violence and neglect protection team, as well as informing the centre director with each report.
• Fill the requested forms.
• Upload the reports to abuse reporting centre (1919) of the ministry of labor and social development with all the cases reported and managed.
• Register the cases which has been initiated by protection centre in the national registry
• Any other duties for the coordinator is assigned by the centre director
• Interview patients and family members to obtain information about home environment, family relationships and health history and patient's personality traits
• Plan a pertinent therapy program that will provide maximum benefits for each patient
• Help patients and their relatives to understand, accept and follow medical advice. Alleviate fears and anxieties concerning permanent disabilities
• Perform a variety of services such as advising on social problems, arranging for discharge and postoperative care at home, placement of cases in social institution, financial assistance to patients or families during illness
