And provide advice to marketing departments, sales teams, and executives to develop sales targets, assess strategies to boost revenue, and develop promotional campaigns and budgets.
Roles and Responsibilities;

1. Collect and analysis the data and sales developments.
2. Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity
3. prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
4. Prepare reports and writing general conclusions.
5. gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
6. Evaluating sales performance and comparing it with the presented objectives.
7. Writing the results of the total sales, interpreting them and then reporting them to the direct manager.
8. Coordinate the process of preparing sales and forecasting reports for sale in all sales branches.
9. Carry out market research and identify companies related to the product
10. Track all sales activities and keep it updating with lunching the sales account regularly
11. Building relationships with clients and maintaining their satisfaction
12. Coordination with the sales team and suggest solutions to improve and develop sales efforts
13. Participate in setting annual sales targets
14. Continuously monitoring the achievement and monitoring deviations and their causes, if any
15. Submit progress reports periodically to the sales manager (analyze the results and recommend the develop solutions)
16. collaborate with team members and members of other departments
17. Receive any task requested by him through the direct manager in related to the framework
Education ;
Bachelor degree in commercial, Finance, sales, or any other related
Work Experience ;
Five years in a similar field of job
الهدف العام للوظيفة:
ساعدة الشركة على تحسين الجهود الترويجية والتشغيلية من خلال تحليل اتجاهات المبيعات والأسواق والتنبؤ بها. أيضًا ، تقييم البيانات مثل متطلبات ومقاييس رضا العملاء ومعلومات المنافسين مع قنوات البيع لتحديد أفضل الطرق لزيادة الإيرادات وحصة السوق. وتقديم المشورة إلى إدارات التسويق وفرق المبيعات والمسؤولين التنفيذيين لتطوير أهداف المبيعات وتقييم الاستراتيجيات .
المهام والواجبات

1. جمع وتحليل البيانات وتطورات البيع.
2. مراجعة بيانات المبيعات السابقة لتحديد اتجاهات الإنتاجية الفعاله والتركيز عليها
3. إعداد تقارير دقيقة باستخدام البيانات من المصادر الداخلية والخارجية
4. جمع وتحليل البيانات من أجل فهم المشاكل ومعالجتها بشكل ممتاز
5. كتابة التقارير وتدوين الإستنتاجات العامة.
6. تقييم آداء المبيعات، ومقارنتها بالأهداف المطروحة.
7. كتابة نتائج المبيعات الإجمالية، وتفسيرها ثم تبليغها للمدير المباشر.
8. تنسيق عملية إعداد تقاريرالبيع والتنبؤ للبيع في جميع أفرع المبيعات.
9. إجراء ابحاث السوق وتحديد الشركات ذات الصله بالمنتج
10. تتبع جميع انشطة المبيعات والاتمرار في تحديث المراحل ومعلومات الحساب بانتظام
11. بناء العلاقات مع العملاء والحفاظ على رضاهم
12. التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات واقتراح الحلول لتحسين جهود المبيعات وتطويرها
13. المشاركه في وضع الاهداف اليبعيه السنوية
14. المتابعه في الانجاز ورصد الانحرافات واسبابها باستمرار ان وجدت
15. رفع تقارير الانجاز بشكل دوري الى مدير المبيعات (تحليل النتائج ووضع الحلول )
16. روح الفريق والتعاون مع اعضاء المبيعات وغيرهم من الإدارات في الشركه
17. استلام اي مهمه تطلب منه عن طريق المدير المباشر في اطار الوظيفه
المستوى التعليمي المطلوب :
درجة البكالوريوس في العمال التجاريه أو المبيعات أو التسويق أو الاتصالات أو اي مجال ذو صله
الخبرة العملية المطلوبة :
لايقل عن خمس سنوات خبره في نفس مجال العمل او وظيفه اشرافيه في مجال المبيعات
