Business Development Manager (BDM, B2B segment) to represent Naizak Distribution in Saudi Arabia for its critical product line of Security
Strong understanding of Surveillance/Security domain - CCTV, Access Control, VMS, PSIM & ANPR.
The candidate should have a background working for a Distributor/ System Integrator (SI)/ Vendor
Channel role
- To acquire/win, maintain and retain channel partners
- Ability to convert and win opportunities in favour of the assigned vendors within Saudi Arabia.
- Engage with Channel Partners (80% of time) and consultant/end customer (20% of time)
Product management role
- Value propositions, segmentation & commercial benefits.
- Presenting competitive analysis, success stories, use cases & project wins
- Driving partners for range selling
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Business Development/Sales role
- Capability to hunt new clients and persistently improve partner breadth
- Get opportunities out of Up-sales and Cross sales efforts
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prepare proposals, timely responses to RFPs, tenders and effective queries resolution
- Efficiently and effectively manage business traction and pipeline
- Possess influencing relation with consultant/End customers that will best satisfy their needs and secure vendor approvals
- Coordinate with marketing team to plan and execute marketing activities and events to maximize the pipeline
