Main Purpose of the Job:
The Excutive Assistant provides quality administrative and project support to the business operations functions. Lateral thinking, solid relevant experience, boss-level organisation and prioritisation, a can-do attitude, excellence in service and a desire for variety and pace will ensure success in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Raise purchase requisitions in SAP Ariba and SAP, monitoring progress of requests through the purchase to pay process, escalating and pushing where required.
Research, plan, book and manage catering for internal meetings and events.
Create meetings (including video conferences) in Outlook, booking rooms in different locations/countries, understanding time-zone differences and checking room facilities.
Create and manage teams, channels, project documents and artifacts in MS Teams.
Meticulously and confidently format MS Word documents.
Assist with data merges and reporting in MS Excel.
Assist with events management, marketing and communications activities, and travel bookings.
Take initiative and ownership of special administration projects befitting your interests and expertise.
Other admin related tasks as required/directed.
Add value and quality to the administration services of Tetra Pak .
