Payroll Administration
• Run and Apply SANS' compensation and benefits structure (basic salary, housing allowance, air ticket allowance, business travel allowance, education allowance, hardship allowance, medical benefits, end of service allowance, and overtime) to SANS' employees as per their grades
• Calculate net salaries and deduction payments on a timely basis
• Update payroll files for time, attendance (working hours) and contracts for SANS employees
• Maintain payroll records and ensure that all payroll-related information is updated and filed in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Enter all employee information that impact the staff cost (IBAN, Basic Salary, etc)
• Monthly follow up and comparison between monthly payroll and GOSI beneficiary list.
Reporting & Documentation
• Create payroll reports for all SANS employees on a timely basis and send them to the Payroll & Compensations Section Head
• Process travel and expense reports in a timely and effective manner
• Process Overtime and expense reports in a timely and effective manner
Policies, Processes and Procedures
• Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
