Jobs Management in Saudi Arabia
- Manage and Oversee all aspects of assigned properties.
- Maintain a positive productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease contracts with tenant in a timely and reliable manner
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Develop and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements.
- Addressing tenant complaints and inspecting vacated units.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards.
- Collecting rent, dealing with late payments, and handling operating expenses.
- Preparing monthly reports on the financial performance of properties.
- Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.
- Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective action.
- Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and renew all property paper.
- Manage annual budgets, schedule expenses, initiate corrective measures and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Initiate preventive maintenance programs and surveys for all roofs and parking lots.
- Establish and implement cleaning programs to upgrade common areas both interior and exterior.
- Review all existing leases and prepare current lease abstracts.
