1. Creates purchase orders.
2. Confers and obtains product or service information such as price,
availability, and delivery schedule from multiple vendors/supplier.
3. Issues purchase orders to suppliers and confirm delivery date,
quantity ordered and price are correct.
4. Monitors purchase orders status
5. Maintains procurement records such as items or services
purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and
inventories.
6. Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with
inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors, and others
to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
7. Processes receipts and invoices for payment.
8. Closing all completed PO’s transaction in the system
9. Keeping of records properly
10. Expedites delivery of goods to users.
11. Coordinate vendors for after sales issues (product defect warranty
issues etc.
12. Arrange memo and other administrative / clerical jobs
13. Preparing report for overtime and time attendance of employees
14. Other related tasks to be given by the superior
