 To control the returns and damage items
 To maximize the efforts to increase the revenue
 Suggest promotions to achieve the target
 To conduct appraisal for the team
 Solve pending issues immediately
 To report the marketing intelligence on weekly basis
 To build a skilled, ethical sales team
 Monitor and analyze all sales reports received from regional sales team
 Keep an eye on the market intelligence
 Suggest motivation schemes to management
 Coordinate all needed supports from other departments
 Update management on business process, operating plans, market changes
