Sales Representative
The position offered falls under sales and account management of chemical construction materials, construction solutions and cement based products. The Sales representative main target will be to help increase market penetration, profitability, and brand visibility within a given geographic area. This Job offer is open to all nationalities with no exceptions who possess a valid resident identity within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct, coordinate, supervise, and solicit the sale of chemical and cement products and represent the company in accordance with its marketing philosophy and sales policies.
- Develop and maintain appropriate product knowledge in order to handle project and specification work.
- Solicit orders from the current as well as prospective customers for all company products.
Implement a business plan in conjunction with Polywed constructions aligning with division objectives. - Assist corporate and division management in developing sales forecasts and budgets, territory potentials, sales analysis, and other reports that may be requested.
- Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, both internal and external, regional marketing programs, local/national trade shows for promotion, and improvement of company products.
- Aggressively seek new customers, territories, and distribution channels, seek new account development.
- Maintain personal demeanor, professional integrity, and high standards to convey the right image at all times when conducting company business or attending meetings.
- Maintain all required paperwork in a current and timely manner, i.e., trip reports, expense reports, special sales/marketing reports, customer work files, resolution of customer contracts, and contract administration/credit approval customer files.
- Direct, coordinate, supervise, and solicit the sale of the company’s products and represent the company in accordance with its marketing philosophy and sales policies on a national and international basis.
- Make regular periodic personal contact with Architects, Engineers, Customers, Distributors, and Field Sales Personnel.
Job Requirements

- Age Requirements from 21-35
- All Nationalities with no exception
- Valid Saudi Residential Identity Card (Iqama)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong personality able to work with a variety of personnel
- Proven sales and leadership skills
- Ability to multi-task and thrive on challenge
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Self-starter, self-motivated with a high level of energy
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to take direction
- 40% travel availability required
Education and Experience
- High school Diploma minimum requirement
- Three years of sales experience working in a construction-related industry
Other Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Fluency in Arabic and English

- Requires the ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone in Arabic and English
- Must be able to travel around the Kingdom
- Must be capable of walking extensively on job-sites, in factories, and through distribution centers.
