• Implement sales strategies and be responsible for meeting sales targets and retaining clients


• Build professional relationships with clients, suppliers, interior designers and other third parties


• Create engaging, creative and stunning showroom displays with an eye for detail


• Organize and host events at the showroom


• Manage the sales associates by setting monthly schedules, holding performance reviews and running training sessions
