Job purpose/Summary:

Provides leadership and support for assigned department in Asset management Operations and Implements business plans and ensures policies and procedures are followed. May be accountable for various projects to improve efficiency and drive productivity and quality within their area. At this level should have understanding of the different areas of Asset management Operations and contact with internal departments will be required to identify, update, analyze and resolve issues.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparation Real Estate Funds and management accounts .


• Preparation Derayah Mutual funds management accounts.


• Approve Subscriptions & Redemptions for Derayah Mutual funds & DPM’s.


• Approve Mutual Funds & DPM’s valuation daily, monthly, quarterly & semiannual.


• Checker Reconcile Subscriptions & Redemptions confirmations and execution orders in Derayah system and reconcile.


• Approve and Reconcile CMA reports monthly, quarterly & annual reports.


• Approve all unit prices and Derayah mutual funds factsheets.


• Setup a new mutual fund to asset management system and Derayah platform.


• Daily, weekly and monthly Net asset Value calculation (NAV).


• Check calculation of the fund's income and expense accruals and the pricing of securities at current market value.


• Opening and control of fund bank accounts.


• Checker of reports to unitholders.


• Reconciliation of the broker, custodian, bank and investment manager statements.


• Accounting services; maintenance and filing of the fund's financial books and records.


• Payment of fund expenses.


• Calculation and payment of dividends and distributions to the transfer agent.


• Preparation and filing of local regulatory body filings/reports.


• Checker calculation of the total returns and other performance measures of Mutual funds & DPM’s.
