Law Jobs in Saudi Arabia
· Responsible for representing Company by overseeing all legal matters and providing legal consultancy, guidance and direction to all entities, which will include conveyancing litigation or disputes, corporate governance, labor and employment and regulatory matters with GOSI.
· Drive and lead legal support on deals and business opportunities including drafting, deal structuring and negotiating contracts with clients and relevant third parties.
· Preparation of prosecution regulations and allegation statements in all types of courts, and Judicial Authorities.
· Preparation of internal regulations, organizational structures within various business and trade institutions.
· Conducting legal research by utilizing various resources and selecting the relevant material to analyze the legal information.
· Supervising the collection of bad company debts
