• The position holder is fully accountable for material planning in close collaboration with the supply chain team and other stakeholders to ensure operational continuity.


• Ensure the steady flow of materials necessary to meet the sales demand, smooth production requirements and protect against stock out and right off.


• Manage production and material planning in close collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, quality and suppliers according to the timeline.


• Observe trends to create and maintain inventory schedules and ensure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.


• Prepare necessary reports (daily follow-up, provision, etc.) to help to analyze the trends and improving accuracy.


• Follow-up closely material aging in order to avoid any write-off.


• Apply the standard practices in phase in and phase out plan when there is any change in any material.
