• Develop and coordinate the Supply Chain function’s business plan and budget in accordance with the Supply Chain strategy and Namariq’s overall strategic objectives.
• Develop and ensure implementation of Supply Chain policies, processes, procedures and standards.
• Plan and lead the development and execution of innovative sourcing / purchasing principles, complex negotiation strategies and vendor relationship management.
• Search and identify potential partners and relationships.
• Pre-qualify and develop the preferred vendor list of Namariq for different key services across different departments.
• Plans and leads the development and execution of innovative sourcing / purchasing principles, complex negotiation strategies and vendor relationship management.
• Develop quantifiable, outcome-oriented contractor performance measures for vendor assessment and qualification.
• Supervise contractors/ vendors' day to day performance; perform random or occasional site inspections.
• Manage key vendor relationships in coordination with departments, in addition to the participation in pre-bid evaluation process, as appropriate.
• Participates with other functions in the technical and commercial evaluation, negotiations and selection of contractors and vendors, as appropriate.
• Manages contractual agreements with subcontractors, and the procurement of contracted services in coordination with Tendering & Contract function.
• Oversee the performance of inventory adjustments researching validity and coordinating adjustments.
• Manage the issuance of inventory reports at the end of each fiscal year.
• Maintain and develop evaluation prodders
• Manage the selection and implementation of inventory systems based on Namariq’s business requirements.
• Analyze and consolidate stock movement transactions, and produces periodic reports and statistics as required.
• Review, analyze and control the minimum and maximum levels of stocked materials, in addition to the re-order points of critical and fast moving materials.
• Supervision the inventory by reducing exposure to excess and aging items.
• Supervision the relocation and redistribution of excess and potential aging items.
• Manage the minimum stock level.
• Supervisor disposal items.
• Logistic services.
• Estimation share for pending items.
• Select the budget for new projects.
• Strategically plan and manage logistic cycle and end user.
• Prepare or manage products order.
• Supervise and participate in receiving big projects.
