• Carrying out market research to determine market trends and understand customer needs and requirements in order to ensure the design of customer-centered product offerings.


• Develop and prepare business cases and feasibility studies for potential new products.


• Contribute to the development and review of pricing policies


• Contribute to identifying key performance indicators and monitor and prepare a product performance report against those performance indicators.


• Providing the necessary technical support to deal with the problems of clients and partners.


• Monitor competitors and write a periodic report of risks and opportunities with competitors


• Supporting the introduction and marketing of new products by developing integrated plans in coordination with the Marketing and Sales Department and the Relationship Department.
