Overall Summary :

• Good knowledge and experience in the area of Manufacturing of various equipment
  ( pressure vessels, heat exchanger, columns, reactors, skids, scraper traps etc.)


• Construction and Shutdown of various mechanical projects in Oil and Gas industry for End
  Users like Saudi Aramco, Sabic and other National Oil Companies directly or through
  international EPC clients.


• Knowledge and capability of handling Logistics, standard practices and various
  procedures of clients.


• Contracts Administration and management, planning and scheduling, resource
  management, handling of Variation Orders, cost monitoring (budget v/s actual ), forecast
  at completion etc. including Overall Material management


• Sound knowledge of ASME, TEMA, Aramco , SABIC and related standards and
  specifications.


• Possess highest level of openness , honesty and integrity.


• Ability to work independently in overseeing and coordinating.


• Risk management.


• Be conversant with the technical and commercial aspects of the project/bid and to have a
  full understanding of the scope of works.


• Sub-contracting management.

 

Dutie and Responsibilities:

• Actively oversee contractual administration of projects to ensure company’s commercial
  and financial interests are protected taking ownership of the project.


• Review and understand the Contract, Scope of Work, Commercial Terms and Conditions,
  prepare synopsis. Identification of potential risk , constraints and mitigation plan in timely manner.


• Ability of enhancing the Profit Margin by different strategies.


• Work as a single point contact for Co-ordination with client and overall control for all
  logistics, progress, documents , dwgs. , variation orders , payments etc.


• Effective and realistic Planning and scheduling ( bar chart, S-curves ) , Resource
  management. Identification of critical path, constraints , raise flags in timely manner with
  mitigation plan for appropriate measures.


• Daily, weekly monthly reports , meetings , prepare MOM . Monitor productivity , efficiency


• Develop various reports for monitoring and control of critical activities.


• Close co-ordination with Operations, in-house depts. and clients.


• Overall Material management, to ensure timely actions are taken by respective team
  members / depts. from the inception i.e. from Requisition until material receipt. Identify
  realistic required date of material in line with project schedule.


• Close co-ordination with Operations.


• Manage all Sub-contracting activities / services related to projects.


• Prepare project completion report, lessons learnt .


• Cash flow improvement, timely invoicing , follow up with client for payments.


• Obtain customer satisfaction summary from client at the final stage or completion of
  project.
