The Job
Apply your technical skills in pursuit of sales activities through in-depth product knowledge and customer requirements for pre- and post-sales support. You will be a subject matter expert in all aspects of the SMC smart motor system, supporting both customers and sales partners. You are familiar with all types of modern commercial/industrial packaged HVAC, refrigeration and control systems. You enjoy working with customers and internal constituents to find answers promptly, identify issues, and provide input to the organization to assure we are building the best products possible.
Partner with and support sales account managers who are targeting customer opportunities through pre-sales process. Directly participate in customer technical presentations and qualification to secure opportunity requirements that lead to producing customer proposals and quotes to secure new and incremental customer business.
You are willing to dig in and learn about our products quickly to become a subject matter expert with all aspects of the SMC smart motor system, supporting both end-user customers and channel partners.
