Ensure the sales teams adhere to the company mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures. Responsible for the achievement of the specific portfolio goals by directing the sales teams to achieve targets as required by the management. Responsible to monitor the processes of the sales team and all Nissan Cooperate identity standards are met and achieve a high standard of CSI. Ensuring that all sites for which responsibility lies, fully utilize the companies Dealer Management System and CRM processes as applicable.
