• Maintaining books of accounts with absolute accuracy in accordance with the approval process;
• Maintaining statement of accounts of debtors and creditors along with periodic reconciliation;
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements;
• Managing Inventory;
• Processing payroll;
• Conduct the month-end and year-end closing process. Liaise with external auditors;
• Preparing bank reconciliations;
• Handling payments, receipts and management of petty cash;
• Knowledge of ERP system preferably Ms Dynamics 365;
• Ensuring the accuracy and validity of ERP data and reports;
• Preparing all due VAT returns along with settlement of VAT liability/refund;
• Maintaining proper books of accounts to ensure compliance with applicable VAT laws;
• Manage all accounting operations;
• Budget preparation;
• Perform regular, detailed audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents and expenditures.
