\[ Manage the functional responsibilities of human resource information system, employee relations, training and development, employee safety, benefits administration and organizational staffing and development
\[ Develop and maintain employee performance management and promote professional growth
\[ Maintain and improve effective planning, performance and budgetary framework so as to ensure that performance is effective against the expected indicators and that the role objectives are met
\[ Responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of employees in accordance with the organization’s employee policies and applicable laws
\[ Responsible for all administrative operations and management of infrastructure and other amenities availed by the employees of the organization
\[ Responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for the organization
\[ Direct the effective delivery of networks, development and disaster recovery systems and processes
\[ Oversee and manage information technology projects in alignment with organizational goals
\[ Lead the development and review of policies and procedures for support service functions
\[ Ensure that the organization is compliant with its statutory and regulatory requirements and has a robust system for the early detection and rectification of potential problems
