Your Role: The HR Manager should oversee all the aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. The individual will be prepared to be flexible and adaptive to a unique business and will have a strategic ability to get things done. At the same time, the successful candidate will be willing to have a “hands-on” approach and will be engaging with the staff across the business. Manage work structure and update job requirements and job descriptions for all the positions. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees. Implements employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends.
