Our client is an exciting Engineering Solutions start-up in Riyadh KSA. They are looking for an Innovation Center Manager.
The Innovation Center Manager is a full-time position that requires an energetic, collaborative and forward-thinking individual to manage daily operations including facilities management and programming, who is responsible for coordinating the implementation of the Organization’s policies and projects as key personnel may require.
Responsibilities
- Work with key personnel to develop a marketing plan and opportunities to increase the use of the center and additional programs and collaborations.
- Work closely with area educational institutions and Small Business Development Corporation to develop relationships with innovators and entrepreneurs to encourage and support new business start-ups.
- Identify opportunities to capitalize on both existing and new opportunities within the community to provide resources and a supportive environment for entrepreneurs and innovators.
- Develop and manage programs to promote creative, innovative ideas.
- Keep current on programs used by other tech facilities to see what can successfully adapted to the center.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of the Innovation Center, including repairs, equipment, and supplies within budget guidelines.
