• Communicate and follow up all necessary project purchases to the Order Processing Department and provide them with technical assistance for the ordering of project supplies
  
  


• Communicate/negotiate suppliers for technical required material.

  Update AX system with project data like “Forecast Rev.” and others.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and submit weekly activity reports and time sheet to the Project Manager.

  
  


• Responsible for handling company internal processes relevant to project handling.


• 
  

  Prepare and submit monthly project progress reports to the Project Manager.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare and keep track of procurement register (indicating the status of each procurement activity) on monthly basis or in shorter periods if required.

  
  


• 
  

  Support preparing, and keep track of Project Plan. Help in updating the same according to Project Manager’s request.

  
  


• 
  

  Support project tracking by following up and documenting progress and issues.

  
  


• 
  

  Support Project Manager issuing project plans by preparing initial/draft plans.regularly updates project plans and progress.
