We are looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) individual who is currently based in Saudi Arabia.
The CEO is fully accountable for:
· Developing a long-range corporate strategy
· Ensuring strategy alignment with objectives and performance metrics.
· Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
· oversee the daily operations of the company and provide day-to-day leadership
· Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow, business goals and objectives.
· Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external.
· Driving revenue and profit growth.
· Ensuring quality investment decisions and ROI, ensuring effective use of company resources.
· Developing a talented and motivated workforce.
· Building trusted relationships with key partners and all stakeholders
· Setting the tone for exemplary company culture and a highly engaged workforce.
· Ensuring the regular and effective communication flow throughout the organization
