Pre & Post Contract experience
Must have experience working on Hotel projects or Hospitality
Well experienced in contract administration, dispute resolution, supporting with claims, how to mitigate risk
Experience essential for this role:
A chartered QS who is an expert in Contracts, Variation Review & Claim Assessment on the same or similar projects to Hotel / Hospitality refurbishment. KSA & Middle East experience is a great advantage.
Other details:
The role will require a face to face interview, so being based in Riyadh now would be a great advantage but not essential.
Riyadh being a very well developed city, we will be looking for an expat who is happy to handle their own accommodation / transport when in country.
The project is a hotel refurbishment and due to the current QS not being able to join, they are looking for this position to be filled immediately.
