Job Roles and Responsibilities

Supporting the Chief of Internal Audit to assist management in improving the risk management process, control environment and operational efficiency across the Company, including the Company’s governance, operations and information systems.

Assisting the Chief of Internal Audit in establishing an effective programme for selecting, developing and managing the Internal Audit team.

Monitoring internal auditor's performance and the training when required.

Taking primary responsibility for engagement supervision of reports, and assuming an active role in the discussion of recommendations and agreed remedial actions with the appropriate level of management.

Advising and supervising the audit activities carried out by the audit team/field auditors as per the Annual Internal Audit Plan.

Coordinating internal audit review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments.
7
Deputising for the Chief of Internal Audit when necessary.
Scope of Supervision
In the absence of CIA, the Deputy of CIA will be acting and responsible of all the function of CIA.
Job Requirements
Education & Professional Experience
A degree in finance or business focus.
Minimum of10 years of experience in Internal Audit.
Good understanding and experience of treasury activities, wholesale banking, project finance, and equity investments.
Excellent in English.
